   Developed the customised project management system in all organization's active  projects based on PMBOK standard.

 Worked closely with top managers and project managers to design, optimise and implement standardised and tailored procedures, workflows, templates, forms, and processes.

Duqm complex is a commercial  Complex located in Duqm free zone that features all green materials. Given a sleek modern interior, this complex also features an underground tank used to store rainwater to help reduce water costs. Solar panels were also added to the barn to assist with land maintenance.

  Planned and prepared construction schedule milestones, monitored progress against established schedules, prepared progress reports and issued progress schedules to the project manager and company top management.

 Developed and implemented quality control programs. 

 Directed the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.

 Developed and implemented tools, techniques, and procedures for coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction management.

 Worked closely with CEO, portfolio manager, and top managers to design, optimise and implement standardised and tailored procedures, workflows, templates, forms, and processes.

 Managed whole procurement processes of the client party, including make or buy decisions, defining vendors, bids, contracts, engineering, manufacturing, transportation, and installation.

 Conducted interactive meetings with operators, subcontractors, vendors and consultant companies to identify critical areas of project issues and followed up on issues and resolutions.

 Followed the operator’s needs and expectations in engineering, procurement, construction, and test phases and managed the handover phase to the operator.
